This massive, state of the art student housing project was completed in August 2017.  It is comprised of a collection of 6 buildings on an 18 acre site that contain 2,700 beds of student housing utilizing traditional dorm room style and apartment living units as well as study lounges and laundry facilities.  Other building uses include retail, dining facilities and a central plant that houses two 1200amp services, three 750kW generators, two 2300kVA unit substations for normal power and one 575kVA for emergency power.  Morrow Meadows Corporation is extremely proud to have been a key member of the USC team who completed this project on schedule.  Morrow Meadows was responsible for all of the electrical systems including life safety, security and tele-data infrastructure as well as power and lighting systems.  With as many as 110 electricians on the site throughout the 6 buildings, we completed our work with a minimal final project inspection punchlist.
