Morrow Meadows was the electrical contractor for this LEED Silver US Green Building Council Merit Award winning project that included a completely new electrical system including normal, emergency and UPS power, building wide dimming and lighting control system.  Morrow-Meadows performed additional services including commissioning, recycling, local procurement, controls and metering.  A separate climate controlled server room with data storage and web hosting was provided including UPS back-up power.  The project also included board room and multiple conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities, lighting control and sound systems.

Morrow Meadows Corporation was awarded the NECA-IBEW Electrical Excellence Award in 2007 on this project.
